A little bit about myself!
I started my career in Hospitality working at a local pub in my village as a bartender.
Once I left school, I traveled to South Africa to train as a Safari Guide. I then undertook a two-week hospitality orientation course which was followed by a five-month internship as a duty manager at a 4* safari lodge. It was from this experience that I found my passion for the Hospitality Industry.
I have recently completed my Masters of International Business in Hotels, Resorts and Spa Management at the Swiss Hotel Management School, part of the Swiss Education Group.
At present, I am looking for opportunities to progress my career further within a role focused on the Guest Experience.
