My name is Lauren Ellis, and I am a Enthusiastic, Ambitious and Creative Hospitality professional. I have dual nationality with the UK and USA and spent my childhood vacations traveling the world with my family. Since leaving school I have been lucky enough to live, study and work in 4 continents, which has developed my understanding of different cultures and International Business. I have always had a keen interest in mathematics and I enjoy using these skills in my work to analyse data to improve processes.
To further develop my understanding of Revenue Management, an area that I have always been very interested in, I am currently studying with eCornell to complete the Revenue Management 360 Certificate.
